Can I get a same day appointment with my doctor?

All Family Physicians at Millpond Medical Centre leave a few slots a day to accommodate urgent cases. Please call in the morning to see what times are available.

What services are not covered by OHIP ?

Some of the most common services not covered by OHIP are the following,

Physical Examination for Drivers License
Insurance Forms
Work and School notes
Chart Transfers
Medical Advice for Travel
Cosmetic Skin Care
Attending Physician Statements

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, there is ample free public parking near the building

What do I do if I need a referral for a specialist?

Schedule an appointment with your Family Doctor

Are there additional fees if I miss my appointment?

If you are unable to make your appointment, please call as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment additional fees may apply.

Can I get medical advice over the phone if I call the clinic?

Our reception staff that answer the phones are not medically trained professionals, and will not provide any medical advice. If there is something you are concerned about, please book an appointment with your Doctor
